（株）ヤハタ：元代表取締役は、令和３年１０月２７日、岐阜県各務原市須衛町八丁目３７１番１所在の資材置場において、廃棄物である剪定した枝葉等約６１．２キログラムを焼却したことに関し、令和３年１２月２７日に岐阜簡易裁判所から廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律違反により、罰金２０万円の略式命令を受け、その刑が確定している。 このことが、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当すると認められる。
