１ 令和３年１０月に締結された定期建物賃貸借契約の媒介業務を行った際に、①宅地建物取引士に、法第３５条に定める書面（重要事項説明書）について説明させなかった。②法第３５条第１項第４号に関する事項について調査を怠り、重要事項説明書に事実と異なる記載をした。③本取引の対象物件は、昭和５６年５月３１日以前に新築工事に着手した建物に該当するにもかかわらず、重要事項説明書に耐震診断の有無を明示しなかった。 ２ 令和３年１２月に締結された定期建物賃貸借契約の媒介業務を行った際に、宅地建物取引士に、重要事項説明書について説明させなかった。
