代表取締役が、平成30年3月31日に傷害罪により罰金刑が確定し、許可の欠格要件に該当していたにもかかわらず、当該事実を秘し、令和2年2月12日付けの建設業許可申請書に、欠格要件に該当しない旨を記載した虚偽の誓約書及び賞罰がない旨を記載した虚偽の許可申請者（法人の役員等）の住所等に関する調書を添付し、更に、同社取締役が、平成30年6月16日に覚せい剤取締法違反等により懲役刑（執行猶予付き）が確定していたにもかかわらず、当該事実を秘し、賞罰がない旨を記載した虚偽の許可申請者（法人の役員等）の住所等に関する調書を添付し、新規申請を行い、令和2年3月10日に建設業の許可を受けた。 このことが、建設業法第29条第1項第7号に該当する。
