Additionally, on December 9, 2020, Yagumo Summary Court issued a summary order for professional negligence resulting in death (fined 500,000 yen) to the former employee who, while driving the tractor and shovel, negligently reversed without sufficient safety checks and hit a worker behind him. The penalties from these summary orders have been finalized.
